Antiquit\u00e4tenh\u00e4ndler<\/h3>\n

Anna has been active in the world of art and antiques for over ten years. Her interest in historical objects truly took shape after travelling through Asia in her mid-twenties. During that trip, she became fascinated by the richness of culture, symbolism, and craftsmanship she encountered everywhere. That experience sparked a lasting curiosity for objects with a story \u2013 an interest that ultimately led her back to the antiques trade, a field her father had long been active in.<\/p>\n

Under his expert guidance, she learned the fundamentals of the profession. She regularly assisted her father with appraisals, which helped her develop a keen eye for valuing antique objects. <\/span>Was als erneuter Einstieg begann, entwickelte sich schnell zu einer tief verwurzelten Leidenschaft.<\/p>\n

To expand her knowledge and experience, Anna assisted at several prestigious art fairs – such as PAN Amsterdam, TEFAF Maastricht and Fine Art Asia Hongkong – where she had the opportunity to learn from leading figures in the field. She also worked as expert Religious Art and Icons at Catawiki, where she combined her love for art with the fast-paced environment of online auctions. That experience taught her to adapt quickly and apply her expertise to a global audience.<\/p>\n

In den letzten Jahren hat sich Anna immer mehr auf religi\u00f6se Kunst und Antiquit\u00e4ten konzentriert, mit einem besonderen Interesse an St\u00fccken aus der Zeit vor 1700. Auch die Gem\u00e4lde Alter Meister faszinieren sie sehr. Was sie antreibt, ist nicht nur die Sch\u00f6nheit der Objekte selbst, sondern vor allem die Geschichte dahinter - die Ikonographie, die Herkunft und der kulturelle Kontext, in dem sie entstanden sind. Sie findet es erf\u00fcllend, daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass Kunstwerke die richtige Bestimmung finden und ist stolz darauf, dass ihre Werke zunehmend in Museumssammlungen Eingang finden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Anna und ihr Vater arbeiten weiterhin eng zusammen. W\u00e4hrend er jahrzehntelange Erfahrung in der Bewertung und Begutachtung von Antiquit\u00e4ten mitbringt, schl\u00e4gt Anna die Br\u00fccke zur digitalen Welt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Peter ist nicht nur ein erfahrener Antiquit\u00e4tenh\u00e4ndler, sondern auch ein eingetragener Gutachter, Theologe und ehemaliger Pfarrer. Seine Reise in die Welt der Antiquit\u00e4ten begann schon in jungen Jahren, beeinflusst durch die eklektischen Handelsgesch\u00e4fte seiner Gro\u00dfmutter. Mit 19 Jahren er\u00f6ffnete Peter zusammen mit seinem Zwillingsbruder sein erstes Antiquit\u00e4tengesch\u00e4ft, das sich auf Taschenuhren, englische Uhren und Silberwaren spezialisierte. Im Laufe der Jahre hat er sich ein breites Fachwissen angeeignet und ist seit 1991 zertifizierter Gutachter f\u00fcr Antiquit\u00e4ten und Haushaltswaren. Peters einzigartige Mischung aus theologischem Hintergrund und Erfahrung mit Antiquit\u00e4ten hat ihn dazu gebracht, sich auf religi\u00f6se Kunst, einschlie\u00dflich Manuskripte und seltene B\u00fccher zu spezialisieren. Het vak van antiquair is mij met de paplepel ingegoten door mijn oma die in alles handelde wat los en vastzat. Op mijn 19e opende ik samen met mijn tweelingbroer mijn eerste antiekwinkel en in 1991 werd ik be\u00ebdigd als taxateur in antiek en inboedelgoederen. Inmiddels begeleid ik als register taxateur al vele jaren particulieren, maar ook stichtingen, kloosters en bedrijven. Ik ben lid van de federatie van taxateurs; de TMV. Daarnaast neem ik deel aan diverse antiekmarkten en verzamelaarsbeurzen en bemiddel ik bij de in- en verkoop van kunst en antiek.<\/p>

Het bloed kruipt waar het niet gaan kan.\u00a0Mijn eerste ervaring in de handel was op Koninginnedag op de kleedjesmarkt in Deventer. Daarna hielp ik mijn vader vele jaren op zijn stand op de verzamelaarsjaarbeurs in Utrecht. Tijdens mijn studie Small Business & Retail Management begon ik als bijbaan met het ontruimen van woningen. Mijn eerste klus was het enorme 19e eeuwse huis van mijn grootouders. Zodoende kreeg ik steeds meer interesse in kunst- en antiek. In 2015 hakte ik de knoop door en besloot ik voor het vak van antiquair te kiezen. Zodoende werd mijn vader mijn\u00a0mentor in de wereld van kunst en antiek. De afgelopen jaren assisteerde ik hem bij taxaties en nam ik met een eigen stand deel aan diverse antiekmarkten en verzamelaarsbeurzen\u00a0. Daarnaast heb ik diverse handelaren geassisteerd op antiek- en kunstbeurzen zoals PAN Amsterdam, TEFAF Maastricht en Fine Art Asia Hong Kong. Sinds juli 2019 run ik met veel plezier onze galerie aan de kleine Overstraat 48 in Deventer.<\/p>

I was introduced to dealing in antiques by my grandmother, who traded in everything you can imagine and beyond. When I was 19 years old, I opened my first antique shop with my twin brother, and in 1991 I was sworn in as an appraiser in antiques and household goods. As a certified appraiser I have been assisting private individuals, but also foundations, monasteries and companies for many years. I am a member of the federation of certified appraisers; the TMV. I also participate in various antique markets and collector's fairs and I mediate in the purchase and sale of art and antiques.<\/p>
